As all Three Red Pony products are custom printed to your order specifications and we do not hold items in stock, we are unable to exchange or refund if you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then identify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please provide photos of the problem as well as photos of packaging is the product was damaged during shipping and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
The majority of our products are sent with tracking when available with the carrier delivering to your destination.
All product pages include estimated Production and shipping times for your information.
Please contact us within three weeks of the estimated delivery date (plus production time) if you have not received your order.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided with your order or a shipment is unclaimed and gets returned, refunds cannot be provided and you will need to pay the additional shipping cost for re-delivery.
In the event a product needs to be returned, please contact us for a Returns ID Number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Gift Cards are valid for three years and are not redeemable for cash.
