Each Premium Artist quality canvas print is produced using a giclée fine art printing process, stretched over a made-to-measure wooden frame milled with a curved profile to minimise contact with the face of the canvas to prevent unsightly impression marks and surface cracking, then hand finished by an experienced canvas framing team to ensure each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight.

Edge Finish: White edges or image wrapped - please note this changes the position and crop of the artwork.

As all Three Red Pony products are custom printed to your order specifications and we do not hold items in stock, we are unable to exchange or refund if you have ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then identify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please provide photos of the problem as well as photos of packaging is the product was damaged during shipping and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

The majority of our products are sent with tracking when available with the carrier delivering to your destination. 
All product pages include estimated Production and shipping times for your information. 

Please contact us within three weeks of the estimated delivery date (plus production time) if you have not received your order.

WRONG ADDRESS

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided with your order or a shipment is unclaimed and gets returned, refunds cannot be provided and you will need to pay the additional shipping cost for re-delivery. 

RETURNS

In the event a product needs to be returned, please contact us for a Returns ID Number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
