What payment options do you offer?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa and Shop Pay.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders are automatically sent to our production partners for fulfilment as soon as they are placed.  If you need to cancel an order please let us know immediately however we are unable to guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

What countries do you ship to?
Deliveries to Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom can be processed online.

Limited Edition Art Prints can be shipped anywhere worldwide - if you live outside of these countries, please contact us with your order and we will provide an invoice with shipping costs and process your order manually.

What is the difference between image wrap and white edge canvas prints?
Image wrap canvas prints have the image printed on the edges of the canvas which creates a closer more intimate view of the artwork.

White edge canvas wraps shows the full artwork on the face of the canvas with the edges being white for a clean crisp modern look.

How does different aspect ratio of prints change the finished appearance?
Most of our art prints are available in a range of sizes and different aspect ratios (1:1, 2:3, 4:5) so you can choose which best suits your space.

This does mean that some cropping of the edges and positioning of the original artwork will occur to fit the size and aspect ratio of your preferred size and aspect ratio.

Can I exchange my product for something else?
All Three Red Products are custom made to order so we are unable to exchange products if you order the wrong size or simply change your mind.  Please see our Refunds Policy for more information.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
Our products take from 2-7 business days to produce, delivery time is additional and dependant on destination, where the product is shipped from and external factors like Christmas and pandemics that impact shipping.

The vast majority of our products are made and shipped from a production partner in your own country.  Please see each product description for details.
